- 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 70g Camembert cheese, cut into 4 pieces
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, halved and crushed
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili, to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add the shrimp and octopus, and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
Turn off the heat and add the Camembert cheese. Serve hot with baguette slices.
