- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili, to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Cut the lotus root into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain and dry. Slice the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant. Add shrimp, octopus, and lotus root, then cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until shrimp changes color.
