Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 6 shiso leaves
- 2 myoga
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 piece garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp chili paste
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and myoga.
Finely chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Mix the green onion, ginger, garlic, and all seasonings together.
Add the bean sprouts to the marinade, mix lightly, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
After microwaving, mix again, cover, and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Garnish with shiso leaves and myoga before serving.
