Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 40g boiled octopus
- 50g mekabu seaweed
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece sliced ginger
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 30cc ponzu soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and slice the ginger into thin strips.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (ponzu, dashi, salt), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place mekabu seaweed, sliced ginger, and octopus on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice cooker setting.
