Main Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked seaweed
- 1/4 block diced tofu
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- 💧 3 cups water
- 1 sheet kombu
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
BƯỚC
Cut the soaked seaweed into bite-sized pieces and dice the tofu into cubes.
In a pot, bring 3 cups of water and 1 sheet of kombu to a boil. After boiling for 2-3 minutes, remove the kombu.
Dissolve 2 tbsp of miso paste into the kombu broth.
Add the seaweed, tofu, and 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic to the pot and bring to a gentle boil.
Finish by adding a small amount of chopped green onion and serve warm.
