Main Ingredients
- 🍄 5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 5 cups anchovy stock
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt
BƯỚC
Slice the shiitake mushrooms and beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot and sauté the mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the pot and stir-fry briefly.
Pour in 5 cups of anchovy stock and stir to prevent sticking. Simmer over medium heat.
Once the rice softens, slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring to mix evenly. Cook for 2 minutes.
Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and adjust the taste with salt. Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil.
