Essential Ingredients
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 10cm green onion
- 🥩 50g beef
- 1/2 tbsp starch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Meat Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 1/2 paper cup water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, and pepper in a bowl.
Slice shiitake mushrooms, onion, carrot, and chop green onion.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the marinated beef.
Add carrot, onion, and shiitake mushrooms in sequence and stir-fry.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper to season the stir-fried ingredients.
Pour 1/2 paper cup of water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Mix starch with water in a bowl and pour into the pan to thicken the sauce.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil to finish the stir-fry.
Serve the stir-fry over a bowl of warm rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
