- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tbsp sake

- 🧈 10g salted butter

Place shijimi clams in a bowl with water (not listed in ingredients) and rub them together to clean. Drain the water.
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic and remove its core.
In a pot, combine cabbage, shijimi clams, garlic, water, and sake. Bring to a boil over medium heat and skim off any foam. Cook for about 3 minutes until the clams open.
Add salt to adjust the flavor, then mix in butter until melted.
