- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices long bacon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and shimeji mushrooms, then stir-fry over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, add the stir-fried mixture, and mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
