- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1 pack broccoli sprouts
Protein
- 1 piece fried tofu
Seasoning
- 1 pinch dashi powder
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🥢 1/2 tsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Place them in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Trim the root of the broccoli sprouts.
Toast the fried tofu in a toaster for 3 minutes until golden brown, then cut into 1 cm strips.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the Sanbaizu dressing: dashi powder, water, sugar, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Combine the shimeji mushrooms, fried tofu, and broccoli sprouts in the bowl with the dressing and toss well.
