Mushroom
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seaweed
- 🌿 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 300ml water
BƯỚC
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
In a pot, add water and Japanese dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add shimeji mushrooms and dried wakame to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling.
