- 300g rice cakes
- 💧 700ml water
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 5 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Add 700ml of water to a pot.

Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, and curry powder into the water until fully dissolved.

Bring the sauce to a boil and add 300g of rice cakes.

Once the rice cakes float and are cooked, add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Optionally, add cheese to the dish before serving for extra flavor.
