- 30 g dried shirasu

- 🧅 15 g minced green onion

- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Slice the baguette diagonally into 6 pieces.
Mince the green onion finely.
In a bowl, mix dried shirasu, minced green onion, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Top each baguette slice with 1/6 of the mixture. Repeat for all 6 slices.
Place the topped baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and toast in a toaster oven for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
