Main Ingredients
- 1 pack (200g) shirataki noodles
- 100g bamboo shoots (boiled)
- 2 green peppers, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Topping
- 1 pack (4g) bonito flakes
BƯỚC
Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the bamboo shoots and green peppers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the shirataki noodles for 2 minutes.
Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the green peppers and stir-fry briefly. Then add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger) and cook until the vegetables are softened.
Mix in the bonito flakes and serve immediately.
