- 100g shirataki noodles
- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 25g mentaiko

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Slice bell peppers thinly after removing seeds and stems.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry shirataki noodles for 2 minutes.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry until softened. Add mentaiko and stir well. Finally, drizzle soy sauce and stir quickly.
