- 200g shirataki noodles
- 100g sliced pork
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
