Main Ingredients
- 🐟 6 fresh-dried shishamo fish
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Enough salad oil for frying
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
Batter
- 50g tempura flour
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 💧 80ml water
BƯỚC
Slice the king oyster mushrooms vertically into quarters.
Mix the tempura flour, curry powder, and water in a bowl to create the batter.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 170°C, ensuring it covers the bottom to about 1cm depth.
Dip the mushrooms and shishamo fish into the batter and fry them in batches until golden brown on both sides.
Plate the fried items and serve with lemon wedges and a pinch of salt.
