- 🥑 1 avocado
- 5 shiso leaves
- 1/2 sheet nori
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and dice into 1cm cubes. Trim the stems of the shiso leaves and dice them into 1cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix all the seasonings. Add the avocado, shiso leaves, and tear the nori into pieces before tossing everything together lightly.
