- 🦐 8 boiled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Condiments
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- Chervil for garnish
BƯỚC
Finely chop the onion and soak it in water. Drain thoroughly.
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and dice into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the avocado with lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the onion, shrimp, mayonnaise, grated cheese, milk, and salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into the avocado shells and garnish with chervil.
