- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp sake

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Cut broccoli into small florets. Peel the thick skin of the stem and cut into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and stir until semi-cooked. Transfer back to the bowl.
Add broccoli and 3 tbsp water to the frying pan, cover, and steam for about 3 minutes. Remove broccoli and set aside.
Add sesame oil and ginger to the pan, stir until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until color changes. Return broccoli to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add seasonings and adjust taste.
Return eggs to the pan and mix everything together briefly.
