- 🦐 10 shrimp, shelled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
BƯỚC
Shell and devein the shrimp.
Slice the garlic thinly. Cut broccoli into florets and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
Mix mayonnaise, miso, and sake in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook on both sides.
Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry lightly. Coat with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
