Dumpling Wrapping
- 25 dumpling wrappers
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Filling
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
- 1 large fish cake (120g)
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 10 shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
BƯỚC
Remove the vein from the shrimp and chop them lightly with a knife to retain some texture.
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Place all filling ingredients into a plastic bag and mix until sticky. Cut off one corner of the bag.
Squeeze the filling onto the dumpling wrappers. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal. Repeat for all 25 dumplings.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings and cook until golden brown. Add water to cover the pan's bottom, cover with a lid, and steam for about 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
