- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked brown rice
Seafood
- 🍤 40g boiled peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Wrap
- 🟩 2 sheets of roasted nori

Cut the boiled peeled shrimp into 1cm pieces. Mix the shrimp with mayonnaise and salt and pepper in a bowl to make shrimp mayo.
Spread half of the cooked brown rice on a piece of plastic wrap. Place half of the shrimp mayo mixture in the center, wrap it up, and shape into an onigiri. Sprinkle salt over the surface and wrap with a sheet of roasted nori. Repeat to make 2 onigiri.
