Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, pat dry with paper towels, and sprinkle with salt.
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water until smooth. Coat the shrimp in the mixture, then cover them evenly with white sesame seeds.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (340°F). Fry the sesame-coated shrimp for 4–6 minutes until golden brown.
