- 🦐 20g dried shrimp
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

BƯỚC
Crush the dried shrimp into fine pieces using a mortar and pestle.
In a bowl, mix the crushed shrimp, fish cake (hanpen), and mayonnaise thoroughly by hand.
Place the filling onto the spring roll wrappers, wrap tightly, and seal the edges with cornstarch solution.
Deep-fry the rolls in 180°C oil until golden and crispy.
