- 100g shungiku (1/2 bunch)

- 1 tsp sliced chili

Separate shungiku leaves from stems. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces and slice stems thinly at an angle. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add shungiku and stir until softened.
