- 1 bag bok choy

- 100g pork loin (thinly sliced)

- 3g dried wakame seaweed
Broth
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder

Cut the bok choy into halves horizontally, then cut the leaves in half horizontally and the roots into quarters vertically. Rehydrate the dried wakame seaweed in plenty of water and drain.
Add the broth ingredients (water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the pork and simmer until the pork changes color.
Add the bok choy roots and simmer for about 3 minutes. Then, add the bok choy leaves and wakame seaweed and simmer for an additional minute.
