Vegetables
- 1/2 burdock root, thinly sliced
- 5g dried hijiki, soaked
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried baby sardines
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Soak the dried hijiki in water until rehydrated. Thinly slice the burdock root and soak it in water.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add hijiki and burdock, stir-frying until softened.
Add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed.
Mix in dried baby sardines and white sesame seeds. Serve or store for later use.
