- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
Protein
- 120g fried tofu, sliced
Condiments
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
Liquid
- 💧 150ml water
BƯỚC
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the fried tofu into 1cm thick strips.
In a pot, combine water and concentrated soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the fried tofu and cabbage to the pot. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 4–5 minutes.
Remove the lid and allow the dish to cool slightly before serving.
