- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- 🥬 8cm daikon radish (240g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
BƯỚC
Cut the daikon radish in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken wings and cook until browned on both sides.
Add daikon radish and all seasoning ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover with a drop lid and regular lid, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until daikon softens.
Remove the lids and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes to reduce the sauce.
