- 2 pieces (100g) cod roe
- 1 piece ginger
Broth
- 400cc dashi stock
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Gently wash the cod roe and pat dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces diagonally.
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add the cod roe, and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Remove and cool in cold water, then pat dry.
In a pot, combine dashi, sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce, and ginger. Bring to a boil, add the cod roe, and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat and let sit for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
