Main Ingredients
- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- 🥬 10cm daikon (300g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 50cc vinegar
- 💧 100cc water

Cut the daikon in half lengthwise, then slice into 2cm thick half-moons.
Make several cuts along the bone of each chicken wing.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken wings, and cook until browned on all sides.
Add daikon, ginger, and all seasonings to the pan. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Uncover and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes to reduce the sauce.
