- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 60g lotus root, peeled and sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Drain the mackerel can. Peel and slice the lotus root into bite-sized pieces, then soak in water and drain. Mince the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mackerel, lotus root, and onion. Stir and cook until the onion becomes translucent.
Add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Stir in white sesame seeds before serving.
