- 1/2 tbsp red miso
Chicken and Cucumber Salad
- 🍗 15g chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp sake
- 🥒 25g cucumber
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🥔 100g grated daikon
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 mini spoon salt
Kenchin Soup
- 🥔 25g daikon
- 🥕 15g carrot
- 10g burdock root
- 15g taro
- 🍶 25g firm tofu
- 🧅 10g green onion
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1 cup dashi broth
- 1/3 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 mini spoon salt
- To taste chili powder
