- 🥬 1/8 head napa cabbage
- 🌱 Chopped scallions, as needed
Protein
- 2 pieces fried tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pack (4.5g) bonito flakes
- 💧 150 ml water
BƯỚC
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the fried tofu into 2 cm wide strips.
In a pot, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, bonito flakes, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the napa cabbage and fried tofu to the pot. Simmer until the cabbage softens, then cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped scallions.
