Protein
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Tofu
- 2 pieces (280g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into wedges
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
BƯỚC
Cut the fried tofu in half lengthwise, then into 2cm slices. Slice the onion into 1cm wedges.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the fried tofu and stir briefly. Then add all the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water). Cover with a lid and simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
