- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Noodles
- 40g vermicelli
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, for garnish
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 350ml water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp water
BƯỚC
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the cabbage and julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the pork until its color changes.
Add the carrot and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry.
Add water, ginger, soy sauce, dashi powder, and salt and pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add the vermicelli and simmer on low heat for 6–8 minutes.
Once the cabbage becomes tender, add the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
