- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 💧 200ml water

Place the pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cut into bite-sized chunks.

Add the seasoning ingredients and pumpkin to a pot. Cook over medium heat until the pumpkin becomes tender. Remove once a skewer can easily pierce through.
