Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken drumsticks (180g)
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetables
- 🥕 200g mixed root vegetables (for Chikuzen-ni)
Liquids
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 200ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 slices ginger
BƯỚC
In a pot, combine chicken drumsticks, sake, and water. Heat over medium heat until it boils, then skim off any foam.
Add the mixed root vegetables and all the seasonings (mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger). Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the boiled egg. Let it sit for 10 minutes, turning the egg occasionally to coat it evenly with the sauce.
