- 🐟 300g cleaned sardines
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g daikon radish
- 1/2 piece ginger
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
