Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag spinach
- 🍄 1/2 bag enoki mushrooms
Protein
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu
Seasoning
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
Thickening Agent
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp potato starch
BƯỚC
Cut spinach and enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice fried tofu into thin strips.
Place spinach and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Add all seasoning ingredients (water, dashi powder, sugar, soy sauce, sake, mirin) to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Add the prepared vegetables and tofu to the pan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Mix water and potato starch to create a slurry. Add it to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat.
