- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillet
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g daikon radish
- 4 slices ginger
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Peel and cut the daikon radish into thick slices. Boil them briefly to soften.
Blanch the yellowtail fillets in hot water to remove excess fat and odor.
In a pot, combine water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger slices. Bring to a simmer.
Add the daikon slices and yellowtail fillets to the pot. Simmer until the flavors are absorbed.
