- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🍄 3 mushrooms, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Demi-glace Sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 145g demi-glace sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧈 5g salted butter

Mince half of the onion and slice the other half. Slice the mushrooms. Microwave the minced onion for 1 minute at 600W, drain, and let cool.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten.
Add ground meat, minced onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until sticky, divide into two portions, and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Push them aside and sauté the sliced onion and mushrooms until softened.
Add all demi-glace sauce ingredients except butter. Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add butter and let it melt with residual heat. Serve on a plate.
