Fish Cake
- 3 pieces of fish cake
Vegetables
- 3 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Roll perilla leaves and slice them thinly.
Slice fish cakes thinly and lengthwise.
Blanch the sliced fish cakes in boiling water and drain.
Cook noodles in boiling water.
Rinse cooked noodles in cold water multiple times and drain.
Mix noodles and fish cakes with the prepared sauce.
Plate the noodles and fish cakes in a bowl.
Top with sliced perilla leaves and sesame seeds.
