- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
- A dash of sesame oil

- 💧 1/3 cup water

- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water

Clean the button mushrooms quickly under running water or peel them to avoid excess moisture. Keep the skin intact for fiber-rich stir-fry.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and stir-fry lightly.
Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the pan. Stir and simmer lightly, then add chopped green onions.
Mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry. Gradually pour it into the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Finish the sauce with a dash of sesame oil. Serve over warm rice and enjoy.
