- 🦐 200g cleaned shrimp
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked white rice
- 1/2 chopped chili
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Chili Sauce Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 2 tbsp water

Mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, chili powder, minced garlic, black pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine, and water to create the chili sauce. Adjust spiciness with chili powder as needed.
Finely chop the chili to use as garnish for a spicy kick.
Thaw the frozen shrimp in advance. Heat a pan on high for 3 minutes, add olive oil, and cook the shrimp on both sides until done.
Lower the heat to medium and add the prepared chili sauce to the shrimp. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve the shrimp over cooked white rice. Garnish with chopped chili and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
