Main Ingredients
- 250g fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- Sesame seeds to taste
BƯỚC
Slice the green onion, carrot, and onion. Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the fish cake briefly in hot water.
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic briefly. Add sliced onion and carrot, and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir quickly to coat all ingredients evenly.
Add the green onion and stir-fry until slightly wilted.
Turn off the heat and mix in 1 tbsp corn syrup. Stir well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
