- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade skipjack tuna
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 medium tomato
- 50g garlic chives
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- a few drops chili oil
BƯỚC
Finely chop the garlic chives. Cut the tomato in half, remove seeds, and dice into 1cm cubes. Slice the skipjack tuna into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, grated ginger, and chili oil. Add the garlic chives and tomato, then mix well to create the sauce.
Arrange the skipjack tuna slices on a serving plate and pour the sauce over them.
