- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 snap peas
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Remove the strings from the snap peas. Boil water in a pot, add snap peas, cook for 1 minute, then transfer to cold water and drain.
Cut the snap peas diagonally into halves.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the octopus, snap peas, and the seasonings (ponzu sauce and sesame oil). Mix well.
Serve the mixture on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
