BƯỚC
Place the chicken breast in a frying pan and add sake, salt, and pepper. Massage until the liquid is absorbed.
Cook the chicken skin-side down on very low heat with a lid on for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
Remove the lid and cook on high heat for about 1 minute until the juices evaporate. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
